Diamond Building
This 56,000-square-foot, mixed-use building is located along Aldrich Street fronting Simond Avenue and across the paseo from the Thinkery. The top two floors of office space have unobstructed views of downtown Austin, while five favorite local restaurants activate the first floor of this unique building designed in collaboration by Lake|Flato Architects and Studio8 Architects.
Cinema Building
Construction is complete on the two-story cinema building designed by Page Architects. Alamo Drafthouse opens into a ground-floor lobby with a bar/lounge serving 48 beers on tap, a stage for live music and cafe seating along the paseo. The more than 54,000-square-foot building, located along Aldrich between Ragsdale and Robert Browning streets, will include additional street level shops and eateries.
Alpha Building
Located at 1900 Aldrich Street District, Alpha Building feature 210,428 RSF of office space and 26,000 SF of retail space. The building is slated to deliver in Q1 2021.
